What is the Main Composing Parts of Mobile Stone crusher?

When we integrate crusher machine, gravel screen and convery belt into an organic whole, it is a mobile stone crusher. A complete set of mobile concrete crusher must have smooth production and matched output and maximize the production needs with the lowest energy consumption. This organic whole can be divided into the following composing parts.

1. Feeding system

The function of feeding system is to send raw materials to all stages of crushers and gravel screen. According to different crushing and screening processes, the feeding methods are also different. In front of the primary crushers, an independent feeder machine is usually set with the purpose of sending the raw ores into the crushing chamber according to the handling speed of the crusher machine. When the output is high, it is suitable to choose heavy plate feeder whose feeding granularity is big or heavy loading machine to directly guiding the materials into the feeding cabin. When the granularity of raw ores is small, belt type feeder can be chosen. In usual production, the feeder machines with the widest application are vibration feeder and reciprocating feeder.

In the medium and fine crushing and screening production line, to ensure the evenness of material feeding, suitable feeder machine needed to be configured, but in practical production, this function is usually completed by conveyor belt system.

2. Crushing system

Crushing system is the heart of the whole set of equipment. Its function is to crush raw ores into final materials with small particle size. A mobile crushing and screening plant can have several crushers. Usual crushing machines are various in types and diverse in performance, so that the detailed application place and features should ask the crusher manufacturers.

3. Screening system

The small-sized ores after being crushed should be classified by screening machine to become final products. The other function of gravel screen is pre-screening.

4. Conveyance system

The conveyance system in a mobile crusher plant has three functions: transport ores among the mobile crushers and screens, return gravel materials in the closed circuit and transport final products to different places for storage according to different particle sizes.

The conveying machine used in a mobile stone crusher is mainly belt conveyor. In a mobile construction station, the returning part can use cylinder elevator which can make the structure compact. In special place, chute feeder can also realize conveyance of ores.
