How to Solve the Vibration Problem of Cone Crusher?

In the running process of a cone crusher, there is always disturbance force, so that its vibration is inevitable. To make sure this rock cone crusher runs normally in stable vibration state, in addition that all spare parts of this crusher machine should be precisely manufactured, its installation, operation and maintenance should also be carried out conforming to the standard. As for a crushing machine that runs with heavy workload for long time, it is necessary to carry out technical process to satisfy its running requirement. As for the vibration problem of cone crusher, the following measures can be taken to solve it.

1. Forbidden the entering of non-crushable materials and large ores from going into crushing chamber.

If non-crushable materials such as iron and steel go into the crushing chamber, the load of the crusher will increase suddenly, and impact force will abruptly increase, which not only cause strong instant vibration, but damage the spare parts of the crusher, thus causing accident. For this reason, the ore feeding belt should be equipped with de-ironing device with good operation and be watched by continuous post holders.

2. Machine leveling and alignment of driving part.

After a long time of running, the secondary concrete layer between the crusher and the foundation will become loose, and the sizing block of the original leveling will deviate its original position due to long time of vibration, so that the machine will be imbalanced and the vibration will become even stronger. For this reason, it is necessary to regularly level the foundation of the machine according to the standard of installation weight of the machine to make sure it is always in a good running state.

The installation of the horizontal driving shaft of the crusher and the coupling of the motor shaft also needs alignment according to the standard to avoid vibration due to decentraction. In addition, the rationality of the back lash of the gear may also influence the vibration of the crusher, so that it should be assembled according to the standard top clearance and side clearance.

3. Repair of eccentric shaft sleeve and bowl bearing frame.

As the centroid of eccentric shaft sleeve is not on the axis of rotation, it will also produce inertia force in its rotating process, and this value is equal to the weight contained inside the internal hole of the eccentric shaft sleeve. To ensure its normal operation, the mainshaft of the crushing cone and the internal hole of the eccentric shaft sleeve should have full-length contact. In addition, the gap between the internal and external surface of eccentric shaft sleeve and the bush of mainshaft and frame make sure the oil level that has relative sliding inside and outside the eccentric shaft sleeve forms stable lubricating oil film. For this reason, the abrasion of the eccentric shaft and its relevant spare parts will seriously influence its normal work, at this time, we can carry out turning after repair welding on the underside of the eccentric shaft sleeve to recover its precision.
